KTBS, LLC (“KTBS”) understands your privacy is important and is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected from you when you use our e-commerce service KTBS Local Marketplace through the website, and pages hosted on, on any platform, device, or application and in any format (collectively, this or our “Service”).

We collect personal data that you provide through voluntary submissions via this Service, for example, by registering an account, making a purchase, submitting a review and using our Service. Data we collect may include your name, email address, mailing address, device IP address, location, phone number and other information you voluntarily provide.  Although you may make purchases by submitting credit card and related data through the Marketplace Vendor’s portal via the Service, the Service does not collect, process or retain your financial information. The Marketplace Vendor uses a third-party payment collection tool to process payments. KTBS is not responsible for the payment or purchase process.

We use the data we collect to facilitate marketplace transactions through our Service; to respond to your inquiries and requests; to deliver alerts and other information to you; for advertising and retargeting purposes; to analyze website usage and improve our Service and to personalize content.

We also collect data through the use cookies and beacons and analytics as described below.

KTBS will not share your personal information except in the following limited circumstances:

  • We share your personal data, including your email address, physical address or other contact information, with the providers of goods and services offered through our Service (our “Marketplace Vendors”) to fulfill your commercial transactions.
